First you will be greeted and then taken on a short transfer to the Frigate Bay area. You will be greeted by the Chef then be escorted to the studio for the class, located in the Royal St Kitts hotel. The Chef will then guide you step by step in the preparation of your 3-course meal, teaching you about the flavors of the Caribbean along the way. After enjoying your meal, you will then be taken to Timothy Hill for a scenic view of both Atlantic and Caribbean oceans separated by land.
