An air-conditioned drive brings you to a lovely Caribbean Seaside villa overlooking Pleasure Cove. Meet one of Antigua’s most respected and accomplished chefs and their team, who welcome you with homemade rum or fruit punch. Then, put your culinary talents to good use helping to prepare a three-course meal using the freshest local ingredients. See each stage of preparation, peppered by local anecdotes about the recipe. Learn about authentic jerk cooking, including the ways jerk seasoning can be used to give your food its own West Indian flair when you return home. At the end of your lesson, enjoy the fruits of your labor accompanied by wine at a table overlooking the Caribbean Sea. If there is time, take a walk or quick dip in the azure ocean.
