You will learn about the ingredients used in the island’s beloved “mud ovens,” a cooking tradition that dates back centuries. You’ll also enjoy a cup of freshly brewed cocoa tea, made from Trinidad and Tobago’s world-renowned cocoa. After your time with Mrs. Williams and her team, you will receive a Signature Apron to commemorate the experience.
