Drive through the town of Castries to St. Marks, a 150-year-old Colonial home, which offers views of Castries Harbor, before heading to the Howelton Estate for a live batik demonstration. After, drive to the Pink Plantation, a French Colonial wooden property sitting on two acres of lush tropical gardens with breathtaking scenic views of Castries and the Caribbean Coastline extending to the neighboring Island of Martinique all in an open air setting. Besides the historical architecture, great ambience and the magnificent views, the Pink Plantation is also known for Lucian artist, Michelle Elliot’s, hand painted ceramics, and great local cuisine served on an open-air veranda.
