Embark on a culinary escapade that starts with a scenic drive into Dominica’s dense rainforest. She’ll share her culinary secrets used to prepare Caribbean delicacies - tricks to using fresh herbs and spices along with local produce and rum to make delicious herb infused ’rum-tails’. Join in the fun preparing traditional island delicacies. Or, simply relax and soak up panoramas filled with Dominica’s mountainous terrain and the Caribbean Sea. Sip fine Dominican rums and fruity rum punches, while making new friends and sharing a truly unique island experience. The day culminates with a feast of the delectable creations followed by scrumptious Caribbean desserts in a setting that could not be more inspiring.
