Begin your cultural journey across St. Lucia from atop Morne Fortune for an unparalleled view of the Castries Harbor and the surrounding areas. Then, board a Japanese-style bus and drive through the verdant countryside to Fond Latisab Creole Park, where you can walk through the grounds, witness some traditional wood sawing, and watch a demonstration on the making of Cassava bread, which is done on banana leaves. After, continue to Stony Hill, which houses a privately-owned St. Lucian home surrounded by three acres of well-manicured gardens, fragrant flowers and beautifully landscaped lawns. Participants with physical limitations should take this into account. • Tour not recommended for guests in wheelchairs or with limited mobility.
